is a self-esteem building story from the point of
view of our lead character, a belly-dancing hippopotamus,
who lives to dance and prance.
Bella Wishes™ is a story book and CD all in
one. Track One includes a theme song,
"Boogie with Bella"
which lends itself to many hours of dancing enjoyment,
encouraging exercise and fun. Track Two
is the narrated version of the story, so that young
girls learning to read can follow the story with the

The Bella Wishes Dance Troupe is featured in this
fun, safe, belly-dance themed DVD. The instruction
is in 5 languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German
and French).
The "PInk Lotus
- Belly Dance for Girls of All Ages"
includes warm up, choreography of belly dancing -
all with shimmies, kicks and dips, and a 5-minute
creative exercise to explore the moves you've learned.
Exercise is an important part of everyday living.
Bella encourages young girls to begin taking care
of their bodies and enjoying exercise from an early

Anahata leads the dancers (ages 7-17) through moves
